1. Seasonal variations: our flower arrangements are designed based on the current season and availability of fresh blooms. The flowers you receive may differ slightly from those shown in pictures due to seasonal changes and supply limitations.
2. Substitutions: while we strive to create arrangements similar to the ones pictured, we may substitute flowers with similar varieties or colors depending on availability and quality at the time of purchase.
3. Order accuracy: the images provided are for illustrative purposes only. Variations in color, size, and flower types are possible and expected, as we work with what's freshest and in-season.
4. Delivery and availability: delivery times and availability are subject to seasonal demand. We will do our best to fulfill your orders as promptly as possible.

Refund Policy for fresh flowers
~We want you to love your floral arrangement! If you're not 100% satisfied with your fresh flowers, please contact us within 24 hrs. of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it is a replacement or a refund.
~To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we may require photos of the flowers to assess their condition. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot offer refunds after 24 hours or if the flowers have been mishandled.
~Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll do our best to ensure your experience is a positive one.
